HEY! I'M PHILLY

I have been a Movement Professional for over 12 years which has given me a wealth of experience. It is so pleasing to see how interests have moved away from ‘wanting to lose weight’ to ‘wanting to feel good and move freely injury free’.

Due to having 3 pregnancies with the associated core and pelvic floor issues such as diastasis recti and prolapse, I have a genuine interest in this field and feel really proud of helping new mums strengthen and feel confident in their bodies again.

Through my Restore Your Core training, I also have a passion for helping people recover from injuries through movement and ensuring that we can move freely and pain free as we age.

As a movement specialist in Women's Health, I have years of experience working with women of all ages. Each private session is followed up by a video detailing the exercises we have covered. Plus, also access to Philly's online library of movement videos.
